We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel facilities were recently renovated and we were impressed with the modern and tasteful design. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was extremely convenient. We were very close to the pier and the Powell street station, which made it easy for us to travel from the airport and visit the Ferry Building market. Additionally, we were just a short walk away from Union Square. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was bigger than I anticipated, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. Despite being located in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel also provided $10 discount vouchers for the restaurant, which I really appreciated. it was a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and shopping stores. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about getting around the city. We even received a lovely welcome bag with wine and snacks upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel offered a daily $10 credit to be used at the bar/restaurant next door.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location in the heart of union square was perfect. We were within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions in the city center. Additionally, it was very convenient to have public transport close by, allowing us to easily explore all the sites and even get to SFO airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the breakfast and hotel facilities.
