I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being so close to Powell St BART station. It made it so easy to transfer from the airport and explore Union Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with daily room cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great information on what to do and see in the city.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. They were also very helpful in providing information about nearby attractions and transportation options. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, Macy's, Union Square, Market Street, and Powell station. I loved that it was right next to the end of the historic cable car line, making it convenient to explore the city. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, staff attentiveness, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

The best aspects of this hotel were its fantastic location and attentive staff. Being close to Union Square and the Warfield Theater allowed me to easily explore the city and attend events. Additionally, the proximity to the Powell street cable car turnaround and the Bart station made it convenient for me to travel around the city and to the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was centrally located and close to everything I needed, including shopping facilities, places of interest, and the AT&T Stadium. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the best aspects was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. Additionally, I was impressed with the manager, John, who was incredibly helpful and understanding, especially during an unpleasant situation involving a drunken and abusive fan.
Not obvious to find, but once I did, I was pleasantly surprised.
