We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to Union Square, which was lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with modern and aesthetically pleasing rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the fitness center with new and clean machines. The historic nature of the building was a nice touch, preserving the history while offering modern amenities. The staff was friendly, providing great customer service. The coffee area was a favorite, with free decent coffee and flavored water available.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, as it was very close to many interesting places in Downtown San Francisco.
The hotel's proximity to local attractions meant that we didn't have to do much walking.
The breakfast that was included was a nice bonus, saving us the hassle of finding a restaurant in the morning.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Cesar at the front desk, were excellent and went above and beyond to assist me with any issues. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with many interesting places in Downtown within walking distance. I loved being able to easily explore the city and access the Powell-Market Trolley. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. a wonderful experience.
