I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated near Chinatown and Union Square. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious gym and excellent internet. The rooms were of a very good size and well provisioned. The staff, from the valet to the check-in staff, were all helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the killer views from the upper floors, truly incredible. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the cable cars allowed me to easily explore this city's steep hills.

The staff were exceptional! They were friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was fantastic, right on the trolley line and easily accessible to all the main tourist spots.

We have been coming back to this hotel for the past 8 years and we can't get enough of it. The hotel offers exceptional cleanliness and a wide range of facilities. The parking was convenient and we were able to easily access various tourist hotspots such as Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, and the Orpheum Theatre. Additionally, the location was great, being close to Tadich Grill, which we appreciated. The highlight for us was the state-of-the-art gym, which was well set up and allowed both of us to workout at the same time. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate closet area and a clean bathroom. The hotel had nice public areas and a convenient bar area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing free maps and giving directions and suggestions. The location was great, right by the cable car stops and within walking distance of buses. The hotel also had a fitness center.
