The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and it had a lovely charm that made my stay enjoyable. The staff, including Kathryn, Johan, Daimler, and Ying. The location in the theater district allowed me to easily explore the city's main attractions on foot. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to Union center.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless sheets and a spacious room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a delightful adjoining diner. The location in the center was unbeatable, with close proximity to department stores and easy access to public transportation. We were thrilled with the convenience of being able to walk anywhere and catch an early morning flight to the airport.
Nothing everything was great!
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant interior and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was welcoming and even upgraded our room for our anniversary. They provided extra toiletries and held our bags before and after our stay, making our day much easier. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Union Square and the BART station, as well as restaurants and entertainment.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The lobby was lovely, and the staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. The elevator was fast, and the view from my room of the street and city was enjoyable. The hotel facilities, especially the dry sauna, were a nice perk. Additionally, the location was convenient - just 10 minutes from Union Square and close to Symphony Hall in a comfortable area. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the polite attitude of the staff.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
