I had an early check-in and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast sandwiches from the cafe were delicious and the room was surprisingly spacious. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive. The location was perfect, with easy access to Westfield and the BART. It was also within walking distance to popular tourist spots like the wharf, Chinatown, and other attractions. The staff responded quickly to requests and the room had a nice view of the city.
It was all superb.

The Mission Street Pantry in the lobby was a great convenience, serving as both a cafe and a convenience store. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
