The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is just opposite Union Square and close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk to many places, and when we needed transportation, there were plenty of cheap Uber rides available. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having access to a 24-hour self-pour coffee station in the lobby and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel had a clean and comfortable room with plenty of supplies and a spacious walk-in closet. The location was great, as it was close to Union Square, Chinatown, and Westfield shopping center. The hotel had helpful staff and was conveniently located on the main tram lines for sightseeing adventures.
Couldn't stay longer.
Next door ladies were very noisy until 2.00am.
The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, with a streetcar stop right outside and Union Square just across the way. This made it incredibly convenient to get around this city, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. Comparing it to other 3 or 4 star hotels in similar locations, it definitely stood out. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and any requests a breeze.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the rooms being comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with supplies. The walk-in closet was a pleasant surprise, providing ample storage space. The location was perfect, being on Union Square and offering a partial view of the bustling city. This made it convenient for us to explore the city, especially with the availability of public transportation nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

By chance, my stay at this hotel was awesome. It is located just off Union Square, which made it the perfect location to explore the surrounding area, like Chinatown, etc. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to offer advice on local attractions and transportation. The location right in Union Square was the best, as it made it convenient for me to access public transport and explore the city.
