We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious and light rooms. The hotel facilities, including the fitness area and pool, were top-notch and provided a peaceful escape in the bustling city. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Union Square and the city center. We were able to explore the main sights easily and access public transportation conveniently. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with beautifully appointed rooms and thoughtful amenities. The staff at reception, especially Anku, were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, very close to Union Square and the BART station, making transportation convenient. In addition, there were many dining options and entertainment venues nearby.
