I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The staff was professional and kind, providing excellent customer service day and night. The hotel had a good vibe, with a spacious lobby and a full-service bar. The rooftop area was a great place for dogs and provided a nice outdoor space away from the street. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation on Market Street and the pier was less than 10 minutes away. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the security guard, went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel safe and taken care of. The view from our room was amazing, as we could see the marquee of the show we were attending. The hotel itself was clean and aesthetically pleasing, with comfortable beds and clean towels in the bathroom. The location was very convenient, just a block away from the theater. Additionally, the hotel was close to public transport at Market Street, making it easy to reach popular attractions like Pier 39 in less than 10 minutes.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The hotel was spotless, from the clean hallways and elevators to the well-maintained rooms. The pillows were incredibly plush, and I loved the convenience of having outlets on the side of the headboard. The room was well lit, thanks to motion sensor lights in the hallway and bathroom. The hotel also offers complimentary water bottles, a coffee maker with coffee pods and condiments, and even free Asian Art museum tickets, which made my weekend extra special. Plus, the patio off the gym provided a beautiful outdoor workout space.
